-Doctors encouraged to bring their cases so that we can plan with the group
CBCT

-Evaluation of sites
-Axial, Coronal, Sagittal evaluation tools review
-Radiographic anatomy and how to identify
-Example Case Review

Digital Dentistry
-3D implant planning
-surgical guides (tooth supported)
-R2 Gate software (export .stl file to 3D print)
-3D printing (utilizing Sprint Ray or Shining 3D)
-Restoration Design & Milling Introduction to reinforce prosthetic focus (using 5-axis mill)
Dental Anatomy
-Review anatomy as is pertains to Dental Implantology using models, photographs and diagrams
-Review models
-Maxillary anatomy
-Mandibular anatomy
-Sinus anatomy

Dental Implant Review
-Type of dental implants (body shape, thread design, surface texture & prosthetic connection)
-Discuss indications for ideal placement (depth and bone density)
12:00 -1:00 pm — Hands-on Implant Placement with Models

Dental Implant Surgery
-Flap design
-Osteotomy Formation — Depth, Length & Angulation
-Decision tree for 1-stage vs 2-stage approach
-Decision tree for immediate implant placement
-Custom healing abutment fabrication

Hands-on: Fabrication for Custom Healing Abutments

Augmentation Techniques
-Biomaterials: PRF / Tuberosity Marrow Aspiration
-Socket Grafting
-Soft Tissue Augmentation (CTG / Free Ging)
-Sinus Augmentation (Crestal / Lateral Review)
-Rotary and mechanical augmentation
-Osseous Onlay Procedures: GBR, Tunnel, Block, Khoury

9:00 am — 12:00 pm: Hands-on surgeries
Participants work in pairs to place implants on patient with instructor oversight throughout procedure
12:00 – 2:00 pm: Lunch and case review
2:00 - 7:00 pm – Hands-on surgeries
Participants work in pairs to place implants on patient with instructor oversight throughout procedure
Place additional implants and assist your partner in the same utilizing CBCT.
Perform extraction and grafting procedure.
Question and answer session with the instructors.
7-10 pm – Dinner and Surgical Case Review of surgeries completed that day
